In addition to his role as CEO, Kyle continues to serve as the General Manager of the Norris Penrose Event Center, a position he has held since October 2016. His ability to bridge nonprofit leadership with operational excellence has made him a key figure in the region’s philanthropic landscape.

Before stepping into his current leadership roles, Kyle was the co-owner and General Manager of Summit Catering, where he developed a strong foundation in business operations, customer service, and team leadership. His early career experience continues to inform his practical, hands-on approach to management and organizational growth.
